Mobility Assistance
- Attendees with mobility or physical disabilities are encouraged to use our accessible drop off and pick up point.
- The Main Stage and Chibi Stage will have designated accessible seating toward the front of the room.
- A limited number of wheelchairs are available for loan on a first come, first served basis. Please inquire at the Accessibility Resources/First Aid Tent.
Accessible Entrance
Attendees with mobility disabilities are encouraged to utilize our Accessible Entrance.

Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing Attendee Resources
ASL Interpreters will be on site.
- They will be interpreting all Main Stage panels and are also available for brief individual assistance upon request.
- Please note that interpreters are not assigned for one-on-one accompaniment, as they are here to help make the event accessible to as many attendees as possible.

Service Animals
- In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, service animals are permitted and welcome!
- Requirements of Service Animals and Their Handlers:
- The service animal should wear a harness, ID tag or other gear that readily identifies its working status.
- The service animal must be on a leash at all times.
- The handler must be in full control of the service animal at all times. The care and supervision of a service animal is solely the responsibility of its handler.
